📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable furniture pieces
• Drive sales by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking
• Provide exceptional customer service, including handling complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Assist in store layout and display to highlight new arrivals and promotions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new furniture collections
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the retail team
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in furniture sales or a related field
• Strong knowledge of interior design trends and furniture styles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
• Familiarity with retail management software such as SAP or Oracle
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passion for interior design and customer service
• Ability to lift and move furniture pieces up to 50 kg
