As an Audit Senior/Semi-Senior at Felix Wong & Co, you will be responsible for leading and managing audit engagements, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards. You will work closely with clients, including multinational corporations and local businesses, to provide accurate and reliable financial statements. Daily, you will analyze financial data, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., Indonesian GAAP, IFRS).
• Conduct financial statement audits, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and present audit reports to clients, including management letters and working papers.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and regulations, and provide training to junior staff.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities, such as attending seminars and workshops.
• Ensure the timely completion of audit engagements while maintaining high-quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CA.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit, with at least 2 years in a senior or semi-senior role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficient in using audit software such as Deloitte Fast Forward, Oracle Hyperion, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
