In your daily work, you'll visit schools in the Bali region to understand their unique needs and challenges. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct school visits to assess educational needs and challenges.
• Collaborate with the Ruangguru team to develop and implement tailored educational solutions.
• Provide training and support to teachers and students on the use of educational technology.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented solutions on learning outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, teachers, and students.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the edtech industry.
• Contribute to the creation of data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall growth and success of the Ruangguru mission.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in education consulting, school development, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of educational technology and its applications in classrooms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and educational management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
