📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the Padel Academy, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage and develop the coaching team, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and tournaments, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and engagement.
• Develop and implement training programs and curricula that cater to players of all levels, from beginners to advanced.
• Ensure the academy's facilities are well-maintained and equipped with the necessary tools and resources.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Collaborate with the Director and other stakeholders to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive the growth and success of the academy.
• Monitor and evaluate the academy's performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sports academy or coaching environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and developing coaching teams.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with coaches, players, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Padel rules, regulations, and best practices.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in Sports Coaching or a related field is a plus.
