📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement digital payment strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Manage and optimize payment processing systems, including integration with third-party providers.
• Monitor transaction volumes, fraud detection, and risk management to ensure secure and compliant operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new payment solutions and technologies.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the payment processing team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in digital payments, payment processing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing payment systems and optimizing transaction processes.
• Strong knowledge of payment gateways, APIs, and fintech platforms such as Stripe, PayPal, and Adyen.
• Certifications in fintech, payment processing, or related fields are a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
