In this role, you'll handle daily operations, from greeting customers to processing transactions with our Point of Sale (POS) system. • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.
• Operate the POS system efficiently, processing transactions accurately and promptly.
• Assist in food preparation and maintain high standards of food presentation.
• Handle cash and manage transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a clean and organized dining area.
• Communicate effectively in Mandarin to cater to our diverse clientele.
• Adapt to peak hours and busy periods, demonstrating resilience and teamwork.
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as an F&B Service Crew or Cashier, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
• Experience with POS systems, such as Square, Clover, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
