PT Sanjaya Garmen Aksesoris is looking for a Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and help drive business growth across Bali’s most vibrant locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, visiting local boutiques, markets, and events to promote and sell our high-quality garments and accessories. This role offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in Bali’s rich culture while building strong relationships with clients and driving sales growth.
With a competitive salary of IDR 6,000,000 - 7,000,000 per month, this position is perfect for someone looking to combine their passion for sales with the beauty and culture of Bali.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Visit and engage with local boutiques, markets, and events to promote and sell our garments and accessories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Collect and submit accurate sales reports and data.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
- Attend and participate in training sessions and team meetings.
- Represent the company at local events and promotions.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with sales tools and software, such as Salesforce or CRM systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Enthusiasm for Bali’s culture and a passion for the fashion industry.
