📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services,Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content,Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the creation of marketing materials and promotional content,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly,Proficiency in English for writing and editing,Familiarity with documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Creative and analytical thinking skills
