Lingkungan Fajar Dental Clinic is seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental healthcare and excellent leadership skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, including scheduling appointments, managing staff, and ensuring patient satisfaction.,Ensuring that all dental procedures are performed according to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Managing the clinic's budget and financial records, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and reported accurately.,Training and mentoring new staff members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.,Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.,Ensuring that the clinic is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety regulations.,Leading team meetings and providing guidance and support to staff members as needed.,Evaluating the performance of staff members and providing feedback to help them improve their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene, dentistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a dental clinic or similar healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of dental procedures and protocols, as well as relevant laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with dental software and technology, including electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Ability to lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals to achieve organizational goals.
