📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.,Oversee inventory management, including stock taking, ordering, and reordering.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Train and supervise junior staff to maintain high standards of service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software.,Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
