📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Analyze and manage the company's financial reserves to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, including reserve analysis and projections.,Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with reserve management.,Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support reserve analysis.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support business decisions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of reserve management policies and procedures.,Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, reserve management, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and financial reporting.,Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, such as Excel, VBA, and financial software.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex information to non-financial stakeholders.,Familiarity with risk management principles and practices.,Certifications in financial analysis, such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA, are a plus.
