PT Tirta Anggrek is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Pekalongan, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics coordination and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and transportation providers to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to meet demand.,Oversee the loading and unloading of goods to and from vehicles.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.,Provide regular reports on logistics performance and recommend improvements.,Manage a team of logistics coordinators and provide guidance and support.,Participate in meetings and negotiations with stakeholders to address logistics challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing logistics operations and improving efficiency.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and experience in driving commercial vehicles.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
