📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems and data.,Monitor and optimize the performance of IT systems and networks.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Train and mentor junior IT staff on best practices and new technologies.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure management.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security best practices.,Proficient in using IT management tools and software.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.
