Leading and managing business change initiatives to ensure successful implementation and adoption.Developing and implementing effective change strategies that align with business goals.Assessing the impact of change initiatives on business processes, systems, and stakeholders.Facilitating workshops, training sessions, and communication activities to support change adoption.Monitoring and reporting on the progress and outcomes of change initiatives.Collaborating with senior management and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovation.Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster a culture of change and improvement.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Proven experience as a Business Change Manager or similar role (minimum 5 years).Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with logistics and transport operations is a plus.Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is required.🛠️ Keahlian
