📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage ordering.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop the restaurant staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable, skilled, and motivated.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Work closely with the company's other departments, such as procurement and human resources, to ensure that the restaurant's needs are met.,Ensure that the restaurant's menu is up-to-date, and that it reflects the company's brand and values.,Responsible for ensuring that the restaurant's food and beverage quality is consistent and meets customer expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick and effective decisions.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends, regulations, and best practices.,Familiarity with inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
