Nusantara Cement is seeking a talented and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cement production facilities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to the success of our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of cement production facilities.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and maintain quality control measures to ensure product consistency.,Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.,Implement and monitor operational performance metrics and KPIs.,Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and address hazards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the cement industry.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Understanding of safety regulations and quality control standards.,Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with distributed teams.
