Cafe Vera Restaurant is seeking a motivated and friendly Crew Member to join our team. We are a vibrant and bustling café located in the heart of Canggu, Bali, offering a unique dining experience to our guests.

As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with food and beverage preparation, and ensuring that our café runs smoothly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring they have a pleasant dining experience.
  • Assist with food and beverage preparation, including taking orders, serving food, and cleaning up after meals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized café, including tables, chairs, and kitchen areas.
  • Stock and manage inventory, including food, drinks, and utensils.
  • Work efficiently and accurately, even during peak hours and busy periods.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up tables, cleaning, and restocking.
  • Adhere to the café's policies and procedures, including attendance, dress code, and communication.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and food preparation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including food and equipment.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English, both spoken and written.
