📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform daily cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the residential complex.,Clean and sanitize common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and stairwells.,Maintain and clean communal spaces such as pools, gardens, and playgrounds.,Dispose of waste and recycling materials properly.,Follow and enforce cleaning schedules and protocols.,Report any maintenance issues to the management team.,Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored.,Work collaboratively with the cleaning team to achieve high standards of cleanliness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a high-end residential or commercial setting.,Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals.,Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
