NEXUS Lestari is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Security Guard to join our team in Denpasar. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular security patrols to monitor and maintain the safety of the premises.,Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations.,Respond to security incidents and emergencies, and coordinate with relevant authorities as needed.,Monitor surveillance systems and equipment to detect and prevent security breaches.,Conduct background checks and interviews for new hires and contractors.,Maintain and update security documentation and records.,Lead and supervise a team of security personnel, providing guidance and support.,Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall security measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Security Guard or in a related field.,Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Certification in security management or a related field is a plus.,Strong knowledge of security laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities.
