📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities,Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to clients,Negotiate and close sales deals with clients,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients,Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs,Train and mentor junior sales representatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the [industry] sector,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
