📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.,Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.,Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a retail or service-oriented environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
