📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure the restaurant meets all health and safety standards and regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational excellence.,Manage the restaurant's budget and ensure profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in the development and implementation of the company's strategic plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Experience in marketing and customer relationship management.,Familiarity with inventory management and budgeting.,Ability to work well in a team and motivate staff.
