Working with cutting-edge tools like SAP ERP and advanced planning systems, you will develop and implement strategies that streamline inventory levels and production schedules, ensuring optimal resource utilization and cost efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP ERP.
• Analyze production data to forecast demand and plan production schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely receipt and distribution of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement reorder points to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize production planning and scheduling.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Generate reports on inventory performance and production metrics.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve inventory and production planning processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management and production planning.
• Proven experience with SAP ERP or similar inventory management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
