📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and operational processes.,Reviewing financial statements, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control systems.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Professional certification in auditing (e.g., CPA, CIA) is a plus.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
