PT Oryza Permata is looking for a dedicated Sous Chef to join our team in Sunter. As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely. The salary range for this role is Rp 5.000.000 – Rp 6.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking daily meals.,Ensure the quality and consistency of dishes.,Manage inventory and food costs.,Train and supervise junior chefs.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.,Handle customer complaints and feedback.,Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record in managing a team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Possession of a valid cooking license and food handler's permit.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
