Sehati Hendra Electronics is looking for a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their electronic needs, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience, and contributing to the overall success of our store. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Stock and organize merchandise according to company standards.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Assist with inventory management and restocking.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of electronic products is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model (office and remote).
