📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide financial guidance and advice to the management team.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Oversee the bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors and auditors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
