📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective English language lessons for students of various ages and proficiency levels.,Create and implement lesson plans and curricula that align with the educational goals and standards of the institution.,Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their English language skills.,Collaborate with colleagues and administrators to ensure the smooth operation of the English language program.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in English language teaching and incorporate them into your lessons.,Participate in school events and activities, such as sports days, cultural festivals, and educational trips, to enrich the learning experience for students.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.,Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that values diversity and respects the individual needs and abilities of all students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in English Language, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English to students of various ages and proficiency levels.,Strong knowledge of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and motivate students.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with educational technology and tools, such as online learning platforms and educational software.,Ability to adapt to and implement new teaching methods and strategies based on student needs and feedback.,Commitment to continuous professional development and the pursuit of excellence in English language teaching.

🛠️ Keahlian

Teaching English to speakers of other languages (TESOL) certification is a plus.Experience with teaching English online or through virtual platforms is a plus.Knowledge of Indonesian culture and language is a plus.Ability to develop and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.Strong organizational and time management skillswith the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to the values and mission of PT Jaya Bintang Indonesia.
