📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Manage the store's inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Proven track record of managing store operations and achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
