📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential leads,Support the sales process by preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales materials,Conduct site visits and inspections to understand customer needs and provide accurate information,Maintain and update the sales database with accurate and up-to-date information,Assist in the negotiation and closing of sales deals,Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure effective sales strategies and campaigns,Participate in team meetings and sales training to enhance your skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or a similar role in the real estate industry,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility,Good understanding of the local real estate market in Bontang and Kalimantan Timur,Fluency in Indonesian is a must, while English proficiency is a plus
