📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.,Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.,Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with sales targets.,Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant tools and metrics.,Assist in the organization and execution of marketing events and promotions.,Maintain and update the company's marketing database and customer relationship management (CRM) system.,Provide support to the marketing manager in achieving overall marketing objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a healthcare or retail environment.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with marketing analytics and data interpretation.,Passionate about healthcare and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
