📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the HR system.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks such as processing payroll, benefits administration, and employee onboarding/offboarding.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to address employee concerns and issues.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documents related to HR activities.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
