📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Assist the head chef in planning and organizing the kitchen schedule.,Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed.,Train and supervise junior cooks.,Handle food waste and disposal properly.,Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Cook or similar role.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Willingness to work shifts and weekends as required.
