📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Commis Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Stock and manage inventory of food ingredients and supplies.,Assist in food costing and budgeting.,Follow health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Participate in daily kitchen meetings and operations.,Assist in special event preparations and catering services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good time management and organizational skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
