📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct in-depth analysis of plant performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards using advanced analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SAP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and enhance productivity.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in production processes to optimize efficiency.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in plant performance analytics.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in plant performance analysis or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in using advanced analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SAP.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and logistics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related field is a plus.
